We understand that plans can change. This page outlines how cancellations are handled for Embody Life events.

For Clients

Cancellation terms are event-specific and can be found on each event’s booking page on OutSavvy. Cancellations and refund requests can be managed directly through your OutSavvy account.

Cancellation by Embody Life

In the rare event that we need to cancel a session:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible via email
  • You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event
  • If we reschedule the event, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date (you may request a refund if the new date doesn’t work for you)

Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another person at any time before the event. This can be done through your OutSavvy account.

Extenuating Circumstances

We recognise that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel due to illness, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances, please get in touch. We will always try to find a compassionate solution.
