This workshop combines two powerful somatic practices for a deeply releasing experience. We begin with TRE™ to activate the body's natural tremor mechanism, releasing muscular tension and preparing the nervous system. We then move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, using circular breathing to access and release held emotions.

Why this combination

TRE™ and breathwork complement each other beautifully. Starting with TRE™ helps discharge physical tension and down-regulate the nervous system, creating a foundation of safety in the body. This grounded state allows you to go deeper into the breathwork that follows.

By the time we move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, your body is already more open and your nervous system more regulated. This sequencing means you can access the expansive states of breathwork from a place of embodied calm rather than activation, making the experience both deeper and more integrated.

This combination can be particularly helpful if you're dealing with anxiety, stress and burnout, chronic pain, or the effects of past trauma.

What you'll experience

The session flows through two distinct phases:

TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)

  • Guided exercises to gently fatigue the leg muscles
  • Facilitated tremoring to release deep muscular tension
  • Calming and regulating the nervous system

Conscious Connected Breathwork

  • Continuous circular breathing in a supported environment
  • Access to expanded states of awareness
  • Emotional release and integration

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in
  • A blanket or extra layer for the integration period
  • Water bottle
  • Journal (optional)

What happens in a typical workshop?
Our workshops begin with an introduction and grounding exercises. You'll then be guided through the somatic practices (TRE™ and breathwork), followed by integration time for rest and reflection. There's space for questions and sharing throughout, though participation is always optional.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and lie down. Layers are helpful as body temperature can fluctuate during the practices. Avoid restrictive clothing like tight jeans or belts.
